We had a delightful time enjoying the breathtaking views from our room and the cocktail bar's balcony. The staff were efficient during our stay, but the dinner service could improve, as our orders were mixed up. Consider dining out for better local options.

i was hoping for a special birthday touch, but no candle in sight made it a bit disappointing. no toast in the morning is absurd, especially considering they charge over $300 a night. absoluteley not worth it. i almost thought about leaving a glowing review, but with the lack of treatment i encountered, i just couldn’t.

Couple's Perfect Getaway

The views from the lounge were absolutely breathtaking. We spent countless hours just relaxing by the fireplace while enjoying the live piano music. It was cozy, really set the mood for the evening.

Even though it wasn’t exactly a bargain, it was still alright for the experience we had.

However, the Heritage Spa & Fireplace Room had some notable issues, like mould on the curtains and in the bathroom, as well as a hard bed that seriously affected comfort levels. Housekeeping fell short. the bathroom sink went uncleaned for three days, and our tea supplies weren't replenished.

The views from the room were breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset. The location was ideal, with just a five-minute walk to the main street and convenient access to local restaurants. The cleanliness of the room combined with the charming classic décor truly enhanced the experience.

The Heritage Room's character with its creaky timber floors and stunning mountain views was a highlight of my stay. I especially enjoyed the cozy fireplace in the common area, which created a perfect atmosphere for reading. The mojito I had at the bar was delightful, and the haloumi chips paired wonderfully with it.

I stayed in the Mountain View Room for 2 nights and loved the excellent views. The room was clean and spacious, which was a huge plus. The bedding was super comfy too. Just a heads up, the bathroom could use some upgrades to match the rest of the room. But overall, the location is a win, and I really enjoyed my stay.
